- Appointments can be booked online through https://www.cocoasavagenails.online


*Application & Design Process*

-Nail application is done by measuring nails to a fitted clear gel tip before gluing and nail design.
- Clients will be required to provide design inspiration or reference points upon arriving for an appointment.
- Once the nail set(s) have been completed, the client will be required to pay the remaining cost amount.

*Payment Details*

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total basic service cost is required to secure appointments online.
- Remaining balance is due on the day of completed service in person at the studio.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, cash in person or tap to pay.
 
 

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY
To ensure fairness to all clients and myself, I enforce the following policy:

No-Shows
•A no-show is defined as a missed appointment or service  without prior notification.
• Same day rescheduling may be available with proper notification prior.

Late Cancellations
•A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations and a 1 hour notice is required for rescheduling. 
• Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations will result in forfeiture of same day rescheduling.
•If the artist needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will receive full refunds and/or be able to reschedule at no additional cost if possible.

Exceptions
• Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (accidents, family emergency, illness, kids)

Notification
• To avoid miscommunication, please notify myself of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment via phone or email.
