Service Description
For clients seeking a one-of-a-kind, luxury nail experience, commissioned manicure sets are fully custom creations designed without an inspiration photo. Each set is carefully planned and artistically curated to bring a unique vision to life, featuring intricate hand-drawn details and elaborate designs on every nail. Pricing is based on the intricacy of the designs.  Due to the level of detail and creativity involved, these sets require advanced booking of at least one week. This allows time for design planning, concept development, and precise execution between the client and the nail technician. Appointments for commissioned sets typically take up to 3 hours, as each nail is treated as its own miniature canvas. This service is perfect for special occasions or anyone wanting a truly personalized, statement-making set.




Cancellation Policy
*Booking Policy* *Payment and Deposit Details* -A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base service cost is required to secure all appointments online ($12.50 for Short length, $15 for Medium length, $17.50 for Long/ XL length) - Remaining balance is due on the day of completed service in person at the studio. - Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, cash in person or tap to pay. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY To ensure fairness to all clients and myself, I enforce the following policy: *Booking Policy* - Appointments can be booked through https://www.cocoasavagenails.online. *Design and Order Process* -Nail application is done by measuring nails to a fitted clear press on before gluing and nail design. - Clients will be required to provide design inspiration or reference points upon arriving for an appointment. - Once the nail set(s) have been completed, the client will be required to pay the remaining cost amount. *Payment and Deposit Details* - A non-refundable deposit of $12 of the total base service cost is required to secure all appointments online. - Remaining balance is due on the day of completed service in person at the studio. - Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit cards, cash in person or tap to pay. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY To ensure fairness to all clients and myself, I enforce the following policy: Late Cancellations •A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations and a 1 hour notice is required for rescheduling. • Failure to provide adequate notice for cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit. •If your technician needs to cancel or reschedule, clients will receive full refunds or be able to reschedule at no additional cost. No-Shows •A no-show is defined as a missed appointment or service without proper and prior notification. • Failure to notify in proper time of a cancellation or reschedule will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Exceptions • Exceptions may be made for unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (accidents, family emergency, illness, kids) Notification • To avoid any charges, please notify myself of cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment via phone (986-274-7240) or email (cocoasavagenails@gmail.com).
