Cancellation Policy

Toesie Tuesdays – Pedicure Booking Policy To maintain the quality of my services and overall studio experience, pedicure services are offered on a limited basis. Please review the following policy before booking: Availability Pedicure services (Gel Polish Pedicures & Gel-X Pedicures) are available exclusively on Tuesdays as part of Toesies Tuesdays. Appointments are limited and first come, first served. Once all Tuesday appointments are filled, no additional pedicure bookings will be opened for that week. Service Focus As a nail technician specializing in Gel-X manicures, pedicures are an add-on specialty service and are not offered daily. Health & Safety Policy For the safety and sanitation of the studio, I maintain strict hygiene standards. I reserve the right to refuse service at the time of the appointment if there are any signs of: • Fungal infections • Open wounds or cuts • Warts or contagious conditions • Any other health concerns affecting the feet or nails If a service is refused due to health concerns, the appointment will not be completed. In some cases, rescheduling may be offered once the condition has been resolved. Client Responsibility Clients are expected to arrive with clean feet and good hygiene.
